Utopia Education & Art, Türkiye

Kamaleonte, Italy

Kamaleonte creates experiential learning and outdoor programmes that support wellbeing, personal growth and inclusion. The organisation works with young people, youth workers and adults through national and international projects.

Our Connection: Angelica Paci is our main contact at Kamaleonte. Over the years, we have developed a strong connection through Erasmus+ projects, training courses and shared learning experiences.

Green Care Community of Practice, The Netherlands

The Green Care Community of Practice brings together professionals and connectors who explore how connection with nature can contribute to human wellbeing and recovery, while also strengthening care and responsibility for nature.

The community creates space for exchange, learning and collaboration around Green Care, with the aim of bridging the gap between green care and mainstream care.

These projects are developed in collaboration with students from Wageningen University & Research (WUR), who contribute through research, exploration and project-based assignments.

Conflicarte is an independent non-governmental organisation supporting the learning, personal and professional development of young people and adults, especially those with fewer opportunities. Its work focuses on experiential learning, social inclusion, sustainability, rural development and active youth participation.

Our Connection: Our connection with Conflicarte goes back to 2018, through Gines Navarro Piñero and many shared Erasmus+ experiences over the years. Since then, we have continued to meet, learn, and work together through projects and international events.

CreACTive, Macedonia

creACTive is a youth association supporting young people through non-formal education, youth work, creativity and active citizenship. The organisation has particular experience in inclusion, experiential learning and working with young people with fewer opportunities.

Our Connection: Dragan Markoski is our connection at creACTive. The collaboration started through the Erasmus+ project Positive Mental Health and has since developed into further exchange and cooperation around youth work and experiential learning.

EuroAccion, Murcia, Spain

Euroaccion is a non-governmental organisation supporting young people and adults through non-formal education, experiential learning, volunteering and social inclusion. Its work focuses on personal development and social change.
