Internationale ervaring vergroot écht je wereld
De Europese Unie ondersteunt met Erasmus+ de educatieve, professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van deelnemers in de sectoren onderwijs, training, jeugd en sport, in Europa en daarbuiten. Het programma biedt mensen van alle leeftijden de mogelijkheid om kennis en ervaring op te doen in binnen- en buitenland.
Door met Erasmus+ in het buitenland te studeren, te werken of deel te nemen aan internationale projecten, verbeteren professionals, studenten, leerlingen, jongeren en jongerenwerkers hun communicatieve en interculturele vaardigheden. Zij doen onmisbare soft skills en talenkennis op. Deelnemers aan het programma Erasmus+ worden bovendien uitgedaagd om vaardigheden te ontwikkelen die belangrijk zijn om actief deel te nemen aan de maatschappij.
Het programma helpt daarnaast de kwaliteit van onderwijs en training en van het jeugd- en jongerenwerk te verbeteren, door middel van internationale samenwerkingsprojecten. Erasmus+ levert zo een bijdrage aan economische groei, werkgelegenheid, gelijke kansen en inclusie in Europa.
Green Care Community of Practice
The Green Care Community of Practice (CoP) is a group of professionals and connectors in Green Care who are convinced that connecting with nature is important to take good care of nature. And that nature makes an important contribution to our mental, physical and emotional well-being and/or recovery. Every three months there is a meeting on a theme related to green care.
Oda Salomons is co-founder of the Green Care CoP.
Sensa Zorg
Sensa Zorg is a care institution with a team of 150 healthcare professionals, with roots in more than 30 cultures. Whether it concerns mental health care or outpatient support for adults or young people, WMO or (specialist) youth care in (disadvantaged) neighborhoods: Sensa Zorg is widely deployable, intrinsically motivated and expert with a passion for the care profession!
Sensa Zorg has a focus on naturesensitive learning. Since nature has a positive effect on our physical and mental health, the organisation take nature as a starting point for various forms of care for our Sensa Zorg clients.
Oda Salomons is connected with Sensa Zorg as a nature trainer and coach on how to implement Green Care in the regular work processes on different levels.

Stichting Bushcraft
De Stichting Bushcraft is opgericht op 22 februari 2007 en verspreidt bushcraftkennis en -vaardigheden. Daarvoor is onder andere het Bushcraftweekend opgezet.
