Small Strategic Partnership Resilience in and with nature, 2024

Working together on a strategic partnership with our Turkish partner Oba Utopya Egitim Sanat Ve Medya Ticaret from Antalya.

Oba Ütopya, serve in the field of nature, education, environmental sustainability, youth work, adult education and culture.

Their main idea is using nature-based learning and artistic tools as effective tools for teachers, adults, and youth in a nonformal education context. By following this objective, OBA is coordinating International exchange projects, training courses, workshops, and nature activities.

OBA’s specializations are nature-based learning, green skills, farming, healthy lifestyle, sustainability, recycling, and artistic tools (creative drama, theatre, photography, video, animation, creative handcraft, and music).

OBA believes the importance of non-formal education, sustainability, lifelong learning and our focus are on the following topics: Environmental problems, climate change, rural development, nature pedagogy.

From Freeze to Flow, april 2023, Greece

The team of Flourish in Nature was connected as facilitators with the Project Sociotherapeutic interventions for vulnerable groups. We shared different innovative approaches in this area: music sessions, making music together (choose an instrument and show for the check-in how you feel today), Wen-do, selfdefance for women; nature based learning (learning to move from unsafity to safety); Dance and clowning (being and playing); Gestalt and psychodrama (how to be with anger and conflict).
